In Lithuania, we deliver products to parcel terminals (within 2 – 4 weekdays after order confirmation) or by courier (2-3 weekdays after order confirmation). The courier delivers orders on weekdays until 5 p.m.

We deliver abroad by couriers (3-7 weekdays after order confirmation).

If the customer fails to collect the parcel from the self-service parcel terminal by the deadline set by the transport company, it is returned to the sender. If the customer wants the parcel to be re-sent, he/she must pay the cost of the additional postage and return.

For orders up to € 49.99, an additional delivery fee applies depending on the selected shipping method and service.

For orders from € 49.99 delivery is FREE.

We are a small business and offer fair prices for our products, so we cannot cover the cost of returns or take back used products.

However, if you would like to return an unopened package, we can certainly accept it and give you a refund, but we will ask you to cover the return shipping costs.
